I think the terms are too vague. If you say love is worth everything, then what is the Buddhist ideal of metta worth? Because metta is love towards all beings. Which, in my opinion, is worth more than love confined to two beings. I don't think there is an exact answer to this riddle, because I also don't think anything is worth everything. That just doesn't make logical sense. No one thing can be worth everything, because that would mean it is worth itself plus everything else in existence.
