Yes if there is a judgement against you and they have located your employers you will have the money garnisheed. If the garnishee is making your life impossible financially you can appeal to the courts that have judged against you to have the percentage reduced. It is for a small fee but it would be worth it.

For child support, they probably have a set amount they are authorized to collect from you each month. You could call to make sure it isn't a mistake that they are garnishing all 3 income sources.

If it is a collection agency, and you owe quite a bit, it sounds like they could garnish all 3 paychecks.

Ummm...do you owe the debts? Did you not pay them as agreed? Assuming that is the case, yes, you should be garnished on all three jobs. Why would any specific one of them be exempt ?
