Yes she (Kelly) did and I don't know why she waited till now!! I heard they have been seperated since May 2004 unless that was back and forth during that time. Just last week when she was interviewed she stated how great of a husband & father he was. Now that he is charged with murder she changes her tune that quickly? Makes one wonder about a lot of things. Then again it is their business.

I don't think anybody has yet to determine how the mind of a woman works. They always seem to fall so hard for men who treat them badly over a normal, stable guy.
One woman told me she stayed with her abusive husband so long because she was so sure she could change him with love and patience, even though he drank every chance he got and beat her and their kids. Her girlfriends still think he is hot, though to any man, the guy seems like a real loser-the way he holds himself, the car he drives should have given any woman a clue and how he behaves in public.
But there are things many women simply refuse to see, like how they really are instead of what they think he can be after she has "changed" him.
People do not change unless they want to.
Cutts murdered his pregnant girlfriend, not his wife.

I'm surprised she even filed. She didn't file when her husband fathered a child by another woman, nor did she file when he supposedly impregnated his girlfriend a second time. Understandably, she defended her husband in interviews, because no one wants to believe they're married to a murderer, but to say he was a "good man"? Please.
I truly hate to say it, but in my opinion, I think Ms. Cutts is dumb as hell.

She probably really tried to reconcile with her husband, but now she needs to protect her financial assets. I'm sure the Davis family will go after his estate eventually.
Hopefully, he wont be selfish enough to contest the divorce and drag it out.
I don't understand what is so captivating about this guy, he's not even that hot looking in my opinion.

I guess some men are extremely good at finding women who enjoy being victimized by them. It seems she accepted whatever nonsense he told her (and I agree, he is NOT hot at all; seems as if he is positively prehistoric, imo) until he was charged with murder by his own fellow police officers.
On the other hand, perhaps he had threatened her; we'll never know.
