Fans, at both ends, or sides, preferably in areas where you get outside breezes anyway one as an exhaust. A window AC. Swamp coolers have long been so over rated, I'm surprised they still sell.

I live in a mobile in FL and keep all my windows open when not using AC, but a mobile typically will be an oven no matter.

Try using a Microwave to cook, and only use an oven when it's cool. also use a dryer or washer when it's not peak heat of the day periods.

LOL...we had water coolers when I was a kid and we lived out west...They do a pretty fair job of cooling out there.
Make sure you keep filters clean and keep water in the cooler.
I would install ceiling fans or buy some portable fans.
Put foil on all the windows that the sun hits morning and evening shiny side out. If you cannot afford the foil get some boxes and cut them to size and put up to the windows. If you think it looks bad spray paint the cardboard silver.
Go to the Web Site below and check it out hopefully there will be something there to help you more.
Sorry you are so hot I do know it has been a hot summer all ready and we have just started.
I live in Florida now with all the humidity and heat.
Good luck and hope you get cooled off soon.
