With both pregnancies, sore breasts was my number one gripe very early on. I am currently 14.5 weeks and am pouring out of my DD bra...it's horrible.
I started noticing changes in my breast size about 3 months into the pregnancy. I noticed the tenderness almost immediately after conception. It could be because I'm very big breasted.
I'm assuming they'll deflate after breastfeeding :)

No, I didn't feel changes until a couple of weeks after I missed my first period, about 6 weeks into my pregnancy.
It was pretty bad for the first couple of weeks, now they are tender once and awhile, but not as bad, more of a dull ache.

It's different for every woman. If you think you're pregnant, take a test.
