Yes, but I'd get at least one or two more Cherry Barbs and Cory's instead, as they are schooling fish and 2 is not a school. 3 isn't either, but better. Four is a tiny school.

I don't think the catfish would have a problem. The barbs can sometimes be territorial though. I had some green tiger barbs and I added in some plain tiger barbs and some of them tended to fight, but it was nothing to harmful. You can always try..I don't think it would hurt anything

Rosies can be a bit of a fin nipper, like tiger barbs, but not quite as bad. I really wouldn't suggest them for the tank.
