I get so tired of everything being about racism! So, you can tell a racist just by the fact that they say they are not racist, which makes you a racist for making that observation. You will probably read my response and conclude that I am a racist (I'm a white male), but I really don't give a rat's a** because I treat all people the same way they treat me.

That's the kind of question you'd have to ask individual people. There are some people who openly admit to being racists and other who dont think they are, but actually may be racists. Then there are people who dont have a racist bone in their body. How can you judge by what someone types as to who they are outside of the computer screen? And-why would you want to set yourself up as judge and jury-that's a big job.

Denial and ignorance. Because racism is someone else's problem and can't possibly involve them. Because they truly believe they have nothing else to learn about themselves.
If you start any sentence with, "I don't mean to sound racist but...", you're saying something racist.

It is like saying I have a question, but don't take offense to it. Your normal reaction will be to either take offense or not be offended. It is a brace to decrease your emotions. It never works, but some think it is a clever technique.
