I unplugged my DSL modem, then put it back later.Now i lose connection a lot. any help?

Unplugged DSL modem from your computer:
Make sure it is fully plugged in.
Shut off the computer and the modem. After five minutes turn modem on. After another minute restart computer.

Unplugged DSL modem from your telephone line:
Make sure it is plugged into the correct side of the line filter.
Make sure it is fully plugged in.
Shut off the computer and the modem. After five minutes turn modem on. After another minute restart computer.

Try shutting off the power to it, wait one minute, turn it on again. See if that helps.
