Is in a lot of pain. I don't know what it wrong! If it helps it's been hurting on and off and my belly button area was hurting the past days on and off and now have stopped.

I forgot to mention I'm not on my period but am due for it in a few days, but I've never had such awful pain from PMS.

Acute Appendicitis, go to the ER asap. Other possibilities are- Twisted ovarian cyst or Mittelschmertz (Mid cycle pain)

you might have a infection or your about to start your period,keep a look out for that :)
