By distortion I mean Horizontal stretch.

1440x900 is standard resolution and increasing the refresh rate in the monitor properties to 70hz or 75hz will help lower distortion...

Whatever it says its max resolution is.

Distortion is also based on how great the quality is of whatever your playing.

The resolution is probably 1440x900
