It won't keep them from monitoring what you do. Google "total information awareness". That will make you want to tin foil your house, phone, computer etc.

No. Normal aluminum foil doesn't have the signal reflective properties to accomplish this.
I'm beginning to market a special kind of aluminum foil with a special coating that reflects radio waves. It's $19.95 a roll.

NO! DO NOT PUT FOIL AROUND YOUR HEAD!!! Foil around your head actually amplifies brainwaves which makes it much easier for the Gov't to intercept your thought patterns. The Gov't DOES have a mind control program but it is not perfected as of this date. They are expecting to perfect the science of brain control by late 2009. Not many people know this. Actually noone knows this because I think I made it up.

Are you sure that it's only the government? What about the multi-nationals wanting unlimited advertising exposure to your spending dollar? What about The Gnomes of Zurich, et al, wanting you to approve giving up national sovereignty, a la the North American Union, etc?
