Are you Claustrophobic all the time, or only in small places?

BADLY!!!!!
When I was 15 some of my SO called friends locked me in a boot of a car.
I have been claustrophobic since then.
I'm 36 now.

Strangely I've only had panic attacks in crowded areas..coz i've felt claustrophobic...thankfully it doesnt happen too often.
