It sure isn't Sunshine Boy Johnny.

Mrs. Edwards is a hate-mongerer. Why did she say that the Cheney's must be embarassed by their daughter?
Why did she call her neighbor trailer trash?

Mrs Edwards responding to Lynne Cheney's opposition to John Edward's attack on their daughter in the debates:

"I think that indicates a certain degree of shame with respect to her daughter's sexual preferences."

Mrs. Edwards attacked her neighbor because he had a Guliani sign in his yard.

"I wouldn't be nice to him anyway," Edwards said in an interview. "I don't want my kids anywhere near some guy who when he doesn't like somebody, the first thing he does is pull a gun out. It scares the business out of me."
She proceeded to call him "rabid" and "slummy"

The neighbor's response:
"I have to budget. I have to leave within my means," Johnson said. "I don't have millions of dollars to fix the place."

So you don't like her having the balls to stand to to that idiot Ann Coulter Can't a woman have an opinion without "wearing the pants in the family"? You have some serious problems, work on those before you try to work over Elizabeth Edwards.

Who wears the pants in the Edwards family?
I would imaging like most 21st Century couples there is an equal opportunity to express ones self and major decisions are a joint effort. Besides there are some very attractive pants for women these days and of course John wears suits which contain trousers and jacket.

To call Mrs. Edwards a hate monger is totally off base. Cheneys may not and should not be embarrased by their daughter but your parents should be embarrased by you.

Any evidence to support this wild claim? I see none..
Coulter called John Edwards a "******". Elizabeth Edwards put Coulter in her place.. BTW, Coulter thinks Canada sent troops to Viet-Nam. They did not. Cheney thinks "he is not part of the Bush Administration".. I think Cheney is not at all Embarrassed by his Daughter, he is very proud of the person she is..

Why do you feel you have to lie about Elizabeth Edwards? She never called her neighbors "trailer trash". As for the Mary Cheney comment, this is what she said:

ELIZABETH EDWARDS ON ABC RADIO: "She's overreacted to this and treated it as if it's shameful to have this discussion. I think that's a very sad state of affairs… I think that it indicates a certain degree of shame with respect to her daughter's sexual preferences… It makes me really sad that that's Lynne's response."

She didn't say say that the Cheney's must be embarassed by their daughter, she said that they ACT like they're embarassed by their daughter (and she's right, they do).

Please stop slandering Mrs. Edwards. It's pathetic.

Link? Yeah, I'm gonna have to call bs...

...and gimme a break - as if a man running for President should do things like running around yelling at Ann Coulter.

OK, I found the link (thanks...). She did not yell at a neighbor for having a Giuliani sign in the yard, nor did she call him trailer trash. He doesn't want her kids around him because he came running out of his house chasing people with a gun. I be scarred too!

"Edwards, the wife of Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards, particularly recalls the time neighbor Monty Johnson brought out a gun while chasing workers investigating a right of way off his property."

You may think the quotes are probably in poor taste, but you're misrepresenting them -- which is probably why you choose to use your own words instead of providing a link so that we could make our own decision. I, on the other hand, don't have a problem with women speaking out and defending her family. And I agree with her on the Cheney's - they were upset because someone brought up the fact that their daughter way gay.

What kind of stupid sexist question is this? What do “pants” have to do with anything?

If you’re implying that Mrs. Edwards somehow doesn’t have the right to speak up and defend her family, then you’re a pathetic, pitiable fool.

I'm guessing you turned a deaf ear to what Ann the Mann was saying to Elizabeth... Well this answer will not bring you back to the REAL world, but I thought I would call you out on your foolishness

She didn't do any of the things you said. A woman can't defend a vicious lie about her husband and dead son. You defend Coulter's nastiness?

Edwards: "I'm the mother of that boy who died," she said. "These young people behind you, you're asking them to participate in a dialogue that is based on hatefulness and ugliness instead of on the issues, and I don't think that's serving them or this country very well."

Coulter hates this country and people are gullible enough to think hate can save it.

Here's the link about Liz Edwards bashing the Cheneys for the uninformed:
http://www.cnn.com/2004/ALLPOLITICS/10/15/log.cabin/

Liz is a hypocrite saying others should leave their children out of it. It also describes how John Kerry 'outed' Cheney's daughter for political purposes.

Those tolerant libs....
Why do we bother? Links and facts don't work well with liberals.
