Went to the bar the other night, saw a woman I thought I recognized, her right arm was missing. It was that, that made me recognize her from a different club, from years back. I walked over to introduce myself, and inadvertently held out my hand to shake hers.....you should have seen the look she gave me!, I never felt sooooo stupid, it was sooooo obvious it was missing!....I can never go back.

I love George Carlin, If you seariously don't know it this is one of his skits. No I have never shook hands with someone missing parts of their hand.
