What made god...mmm...
If you're a hard core christian, god was always the way is and will be.

If you're a hard core scientist, god doesn't exist.

If you're like me and you just want to enjoy, life it doesn't really matter so just grab a burrito (or whatever you're favorite food is).

I've realized that it doesn't matter if there is a god or not. It's just wasted breath. Nobody can prove it and nobody can disprove it. DEAL WITH IT!! If a great creator really would send me to hell for not beleiving in him, I don't want to see his idea of "heaven".

That is a very good question and the answer is, it's up to you. Wherever you believe God came from is what's real to you, whether others agree with you or not. I have always believed in God, just not the God in the bible [my God is more of a companion I can always talk to that guides me in life and accepts everybody instead of just somebody we have to obey] and so he must have always been here, since the beginning of time. But then again, what is the beginning of time? We can only go as far as the Big Bang but I think it's hard to imagine that time was just created. Sometimes I think God was just made up by people on Earth because, I mean.. nobody wants to just die and be dead in the ground.. people wanted hope, something to make them feel better about dying, so they made up God and a heaven to give them a peaceful look on life and death.
I don't know.. there's definitely way more than just one idea of how God came to be. I don't necessarily just believe in one and you don't have to either.. look through everyone's answers here and you can form your own idea of where God came from. Just remember it's all about what you think, not what the majority thinks.

IF aliens put humans on earth, who created the aliens????

God is the Trinity-3 Divine Persons-Father (Creator of all seen and unseen things), Son (Messiah, Saviour) and Holy Spirit (Advocate, Guide).

God is the Alpha and the Omega. He has always been here and always be here. He has no beginning and no end.

If God or a deity had a beginning and/or an end, then he wouldn't be a deity. This would mean his is not Almighty and not omnipotence. But since God (YHVH / El / Elhoim) is the Almighty, He is the Alpha and the Omega.

I like your question. VERY DEEP in its simplicity. It is a difficult one. Many people think they have the answer but this question cannot be answered. I would compare God to Time. Time like God has always been and always will be. Neither Had a creator, no beginning or ending and they are infinite. After we are long gone, time will go on and God will go on. If nothing made god then god is not physical. The same goes for time. Time is a concept. Could god be a concept as well? I don't know.

God is a concept that was created by man, to explain away all those phenomenon that were not explainable to the primitive science that existed thousand years ago.

At this point in time, that concept is not really required to explain the workings of the universe. However, since we do not know what created the universe, some would insist that it therefore requires a causal source, a creator; but they deny the need of something that created the god. Until we know better, and have reason to believe so, I for one would decide to believe that universe itself (or the meta-universe that encompasses it, if that concept has any value) is the original primary cause, and that god does not exist.
Anyone who would maintain an opposing view is hereby invited to bring forth evidence thereof.

I don't know what made God. I also can't dispute your theory about the aliens. We don't know what happens to us after we die. If you are a religious person, you believe you go to heaven or whatever sort of paradise your religion dictates. Others feel that once you die, you cease to exist totally, no soul, nothing.

Also, regarding previous comments, God has given man free will. The will to choose, question and follow or not follow. Even Job questioned God after he was inflicted with terrible disease and the loss of his beloved family. To be sheep and follow blindly is not what God wants from us.

Uuh I don't think there is a god, people made up that idea to control other people. for example, if no one made the idea of god yet, I would say, " I am the messenger of god you must all obey me or he shall punish you!," "who is god you speak of?" he is the one that made thunder, and all the mumble jumbo," *remember there was no science back then so they don't know how thunder and lightning is made* wispers, "he must be the messenger, seeing he knows so much..." then I think *MUHAHAHAHA look at these people I can make them do what ever I want*.... "YOU GO JUMP OF A CLIFF," "Why?" "because god said so...." "ok I shall obey...." *jumps off a cliff* thinks to my self *hehehe MUHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA*

ERHM yes, that is an exampled... and when that person died, people still believed in god and they all praise him... so you... I don't think there was a god...
but I believe in aliens....

extra info, no need to read on.
FOR EXAMPLE: Our star has many planets orbiting it, and since our star is a sun, maybe those other stars have planets orbiting it, and maybe, maybe just one planet in our whole galaxie has a planet that can support alien life... and there are many other galaxies too... so yeah, possible we got aliens living in our universe!

omg thats a very good question but we will never know untill we go to Heaven.

also, u said that some people think that aliens made God, but thats not possible because God made everything in the universe even the aliens. right now your probably thinking, still, that, that doesnt anwser my question, how was God there? well, not
knowing how this is the true test of peoples faith. you just have to believe it. and if you are just sooo curious i guess you can ask God when and if (i dont know if you religious or not) you get to Heaven.

There is no way that us Human can Understand the composition of Our Creator except in these last days He Revealed Himself thru His Son. How did he know and do that from Eternity is just not Understood by scholars . Except we know its Reality.and If you know the truth you are free from all doubts.
None of God's Creations are aliens.

That's a hard question, and not necessarily an answerable one. But think about it: at some point in the past, there must have been a being that just existed, without being created. If that isn't God, then I don't know who is.
