my son fell and hit his spine on metal railings and scraped his spine?

what treatment is advised he said it stings he is 12

call an ambulance and have them carry him to the er and get him checked he could have a serious back ingury

that is so unfortunate. Take no risk. If he can't sit or stand up painfree, there is probably an issue. Any traumatic event could be serious. See a doctor.

Put peroxide, alcohol, and Neosporin on it. Go to the hospital for that answer and make sure it isn't infected.
