The question is meaningless. It's like asking if an apple can defeat a windmill. A momentum does not "beat" a pressure. The statement simply has no meaning whatsoever.

I have puzzled on your problem, as Dr Suess would say, until my puzzler is sore.

It seems impossible without some extra information or constraint to come up with a pressure unit such as newtons per square meter, which could then convert to psi.
