I am not talking about the idea of a religious heaven, to be reached when we die, somewhere in the future, but your heaven now, what or who is your heaven?

Living in the mountains, tending my garden, going rafting with friends, watching the birds fly by, getting dizzy being in the middle of a hummingbird feeding frenzy, a good bottle of wine followed up with a multi colored sunset, working in the garden, playing with children and that's only the begining.

Heaven to me is nice days with my wife,kids and friends. Days were we BBQ or hang out at the beach. What ever. I really enjoy those days. Never have enough of them.

i,ve heard it said how a type of depression takes place when loved ones are gone.My wife is gone for only a week, and nothing is fun.t.v. is meaningless, I've tried video games and it becomes like...well if I win ...so-what? if I loose so what again. It wouldn't be that way for me if I had not known the love of my wife. I would just be as happy as i was when I was single. so heaven sometimes is unrecognizable until we loose it. thankfully mine will be home friday
