Yes, they will miss Jones, a guy who rushed for 1200 yds 2 years in a row, and was a guy who showed up to play every week.
Benson is soft. He's injury prone. He doesn't play when he's not 100%. He's a goofball. He's not a team player...
Other than that he's great.

Yes, I believe so. Thomas Jones was the most consistent offensive player on the Bears last year. Cedric Benson is still unproven and of course Grossman's problems are well known. So the defense will have to step more this year. I believe the Bears will regret trading Jones.

yes, a running game with a two style punch was awesome. the punishing style of benson then the smart finding the whole style of jones will be missed. But the bears got Wolfe who has great cutback speed and hester will be used at running back. Jones will be missed at first until Wolfe and Hester get the hang of running back.

I think it will hurt their team a little. Having the consistent one-two punch of Jones and Benson, plus a competent back-up is always nice.

Thomas Jones was one of the smartest players on the team and I am gonna miss him as will our running game. If Ced can keep his head straight and stay healthy, he might be able to do enough to make us forget about TJ.....at least for a while.

absolutly. they dont have a good running back yet. i dont know who the new kid is, but im sure he is not better or as good as jones...
