I grew up in NC, moved to Fla, they said I had an accent, moved back to NC they said I had an accent, moved to CT, they said I had an accent, moved to England, they said I had an accent, moved back to NC they said I had an accent....
Can anyone understand what I am saying?

Certainly do. From Oldham in the UK. We sound very 'broad' and say 'eee by gum' and 'ecky thump' a lot (inspiration for The White Stripes single by the way.)

Depends on where you are.
If you are in the USA midwest, nope...I talk just like you.
If you are anywhere else, then I suppose you would think I had an accent. :)

I live in New Zealand, and it sound a mixture of, australian, english and scottish..
we call it the kiwi accent.
