Speculations about his rape trial that really bug me are:
1). "He must be guilty because he's cocky."
2). "He must be innocent because he's a good athlete."
3). "Adultery is no big deal."

I am 95% sure that a rape did not occur. Kobe is guilty of adultery though, and will one day have to answer to God for his infidelity. But the crime of rape will not be on his conscience.

1). Another man's sperm was found on the woman's body AND her clothes just the day after. She told the police that the last time she had sex, her boyfriend used a condom. No traces of the mysterious sperm was found on Kobe. this evidence points to the fact that she had sex within 24 hours of after brutally raped. She wasn't as traumatized as she claims.

2). Twice tried to kill herself because her boyfriend ignored her.

3). Partied in Calgary just 1 month after the alleged rape. Calgary is famous for its drugs and prostitution. Wouldn't she be afraid of getting raped again?

4). I saw her back profile on CNN. She is at least 5'10" and looks very athletic. Kobe had a bad shoulder and knee. She should have been able to put up a decent struggle. Yet there was no sign of one. I am 5'1" and 100 lbs, and I know that a 5'9" person who wasn't feeling well would not be able to hold me down for 5 minutes.

My conclusion: Although I am quite positive that a rape did not occur, I am still bothered by Kobe's adultery. I really don't like it when people who blindly love him say that "he only cheated on his wife. Big deal, everyone does it." It doesn't justify adultery; he defiled the vow that he made to his wife, and will have to ask for God's forgiveness. It's a smaller sin than rape, but it's a sin. I also hope that the woman who accused him, whether she was telling the truth or not, cleans up her life too.

What do you guys think happened? Please keep the language clean, even though it's a controversial topic. Please give reasons for what you say, too

For Point #1 that I made, I think that they should find out who the mysterious sperm came from. It'll prove whether it was a mistake or whether the woman did have sex with someone hours after the alleged rape

I cant stand when people hate on that dude for something that hasnt even been proven... It's the same thing with Barry Bonds. Even if 95% of the players in the MLB took steroids they still couldnt hit like him.

Why bring this back up? This is an old story. Why do you feel you need to act as Kobe's lawyer now? ......Let it go
