Am I making a valid contribution to the world, or am I draining the world of a needed resource? If I do something, I make sure it will be a positive situation for me and the world around me. I read somewhere that everything we do has an affect on the whole world, like the pebble that's dropped in the water.We never know how our actions will end up affecting someone else, so it's best to be careful about what you do.

Honestly, the best question I ever asked is:
"Are you proud of me?"
That question will lead you through all the rights and wrongs in all categories. No one ever wants to hear someone is disappointed in them.
Then I always flip it and ask:
"Am I proud of myself?"
With those 2 questions, you'll always do the right thing.
