Being able to take the "high road" in speaking to another when I didn't really feel like it inside...Being positive has a way of changing one's attitude subtly, creating a gratefulness for just saying/doing the RIGHT thing.

I got a phone call from a very sweet man that I have known for ages but only recently been in contact by e mail, he is cooking me a meal on sunday. Not had a man cook for me in years!

Watching my two-year-old daughter twirl around in her poofy dress. It was the smile on her face and the way the sunlight caught her hair. She just looked truly happy and precious.
