the guitar and old skool style is amazing there the only pure thing around

Some classic rock bands are still rocking (Rush!) and Velvet Revolver's also pretty good.
There are so many amazing undergroud progressive bands you just haven't heard of, but trust me, Porcupine Tree, Opeth and Dream Theater are pure rock.

They are good, but Audioslave is probably my fave current rock band. I've always been a fan of Tom Morello, since his "Rage Against the Machine" days, and Chris Cornell is an amazing vocalist.

I just read your answer to best guitarist these days, and you seem to appreciate A7X for what they're worth. Synyster Gates is a God in my eyes...guitar wise, that man can't do wrong. He is truly, and shouldn't be if not sough that way, as an icon of our era. Amazing!
PS - I'm pretty sure Mike Tyson, above, loves to have sex with little boys. He should be a priest, and not judas.

Rush just released Snakes and Arrows and it is a really good compared to other new albums

no way! they are a lot of awesome rock bands out there! and how are you defining pure, rock is rock, there's no pure about it.
