I am on flext 25.

I need to know if I can make calls at any time of the day, reason why I ask is because I used to be on an off-peak price plan.

Thanks in advance

The Flext Plans allow you to use a certain amount of "credit" for a set fee each month. These can be used as minutes to any uk landline or mobile at the tarrif stated, texts or any mix of both.

The time you call doesn't effect the cost but the type of call will. i.e 0800, 0845 numbers etc are charged at the normal price ON TOP of your price plan. Also texts to numbers like 83332 or Channel 5 competitions are also charged as advertised.

al the flext plans allow you to make calls at any time to any uk mobile or landline phones local and national toll rate numbers international numbers and premium rate numbers are not included also 0800 numbers are not included in plan extra peice of info for you if you take your phone abroad picture messages back to the uk come out of your flext allowance but not calls or texts.
p.s t-mobile charge all customers a month in adavnce for line rental but this means you can upgrade in the 11th or 17th month of your contract depending on the length of the contract you are on it also means you can give your notice in the 11th/17th month if you decicide to leave and end it after the 30 days notice hope this helps

Yes you can use your phone at any time of the day.

Flext gives you the freedom to make calls at any time of the day to call any network within the UK.

Hope this puts your mind at rest & answers your Question.

Go to www.tmobile.co.uk and check but I'm sure you can. You have a set amount of credit you can use anytime day or night.
