1/3 of Americans actually believe that our own government had a hand in the 911 attacks. So why then is it so hard for many of you to see that liberals want to raise taxes on working Americans in order to provide poor minorities with additional benefits in an attempt to keep them 100% dependent on the government in attempt to buy their votes and remain in power?

Some of you are 100% correct. Those on welfare DON'T VOTE! Which makes it all the more ridiculous as to why liberals would panhandle to the poor instead of those with the money to support their campaigns!

The goal of socialism and ultimately communism is to make the people completely dependent on the government.
Sounds the same as the points you are raising.... scary, uh?

It's odd, but very few people living on welfare vote. I'll try and dig up some figures on that for you. Aha! I remember reading it in a book which I believe was titled "Why Americans Still Don't Vote: And Why Politicians Want It That Way". Hope that helps.

Great observation. Also did you know that eighty five percent of Americans actually believe that the universe and everything in it were created in a frigging week? No wonder there are so many conspiracy theorists in the US huh?

but to answer your question... because it doesn't make sense... more whites are on welfare overall... first...
second... there's a 5 year limit... and most don't go all 5 years... AND ON TOP OF THAT... PEOPLE ON WELFARE DON'T VOTE...

I don't see why people who believe the government would attack its own citizens would want it to control their money and healthcare. It makes no sense to me.
