being wealthy isnt everything, just because they are wealthy, doesnt mean they spend it on things like that. they might just be ignorant people who party and buy shiny new cars.

I would have to say NO - because the follow up thought is that someone who is rich IS cultured - and then you take the tiniest peek at Paris Hilton ...
Well, I guess that proves the rich people AREN'T always cultured!!! (So poor people CAN be!)

no, you just have to involve yourself in activities and events that are considered cultured, such as museum events, wine tastings, art shows, different things like that, it has nothing to do with how much money you have, it has to do with taste
