After the initial shock. I asked and he said I am from the city water department we just worked on the main line.

Ahh-haa. First, I would have inquired before I answered the door (I hope) Guys are so lucky, usually, in this department-never even occurs to most of 'em it could be very bad news out there...I'm trying to train myself-Phoenix has had a LOT! of home invasions, etc. etc., in the last few years, and I STILL can't get the hang of the new "climate" out there. I guess I would have told him the truth, the water pressure in here is excellent. (Thank goodness; I really hate a trickleing shower. What did you tell him? }:> Hey, Pammie! No kidding? Good for you! i'd just look at him. i really don't know what i'd say. it depends on my frame of mind. i might laugh, i might send him on his way in a manner i wouldn't be proud of, or i might be concerned. sometimes i don't bother to even answer the door as far as that goes. i'm little unbalanced, i guess. gotta work on that.
