is the 28 days between you period counted in non-bleed days or from the start?

Your cycle starts they day you start your period. My changes from 26 to 30 days. Keep a calendar and make a little note the day you start so you can keep track.

The 28 days goes from the start of your one period to the start of your next period.

The entire cycle is 28 days, counting your period. So, counting from the day your period begins, your next one should begin 28 days later. But everyone's different, so unless you're on birth control it probably isn't that exact.

you start counting again the day of your period, not when it goes away. :)
