Not only that, but most of the ones like that I have answered they never come back and pick a best answer - it's left up to the voters! What's up with that??

What is worse is when you see those kinds of questions in the vote for best answer section....they didn't even bother to select a best answer. Geesh....

I actually believe that they consider it a way to command me to answer their question, when in fact I do just the opposite and ignore it.

I don't get annoyed... but I do get annoyed when people say, "Can I please have a star?" or "Can I get 100 answers?" and there's no real question.
