No, I believe if you own a bar you should be able to let people smoke in your establishment if you want. I can see banning it in resturants because several people even smokers cannot stand cigarette smoke while they eat and also because children may frequent the resturant and smoking around children is WRONG! But as for bars 90% of the people I know how go out to bars smoke as well, so why not let them smoke, If your a non-smoker as I am and you do not like people smoking in the bar, tough luck, just stay home and drink, there's nothing you can't to at a bar that you can't do at home!

I believe in rights for smokers and rights for non-smokers.
I think it should be up to the business owner to decide.

If you're saying that the owner of a business like a restaurant should be the one to decide whether or not smoking is allowed in the restaurant, I totally agree with you.

I'd say the owner probably has to go with the majority, whatever that is.....smokers vs non-smokers!

I think there should all have to facilitate all persons, regardless of race, creed, smoking, breast feeding, what happened to freedom of choice, oh, we passed an act in parliament to ban that one thing, hence it is not your choice anymore!!!!!!
