I have a philodendron growing in the hanging basket by my window. It's doing fine, but not amazing. Any tips?

Take it out of the hanging basket and put it in a large pot. It needs space to grow. Just feed it a little once every two or three weeks. Water only when dry.

I use Miracle Gro because it has worked the best for me, (tried and true).

Another way to revive your Philodendron is to take cuttings. However, be aware that when you take a cutting the tendril will stop growing and unless you are going for record lengths that is not a bad thing. Anyhow, if you would like a bushier plant rather than a longer plant, take cuttings, put them in a glass of water in a sunny window and wait for roots to grow. After you have roots then you can make a new plant, or put them back in with the original. Also, although the pruned tendrils will stop growing the new ones will grow as long as you want them. I have one I stopped at 12ft. Other than that just make sure you water them every couple of weeks and add some fertilizer every now and again. Philos are the easiest plant in the world to grow.
It takes some serious and long term neglect to kill one. I brought one back that had only one green leaf on it. I rescued it from a friend of mine.
