Top of the list, of course, would have to be Shane MacGowan, who, despite not being able to sing AT ALL, is paid a great deal of money for doing that very thing.
Next would be Marc Almond, who still hasn't mastered the art of singing in tune.
I also agree with those people who nominated Mariah Carey. Those fiddling, messy, annoying runs she does instead of just holding the damn note has resulted in every wannabee "star" auditioning for those shows (you know the ones) warbling about like demented alpine yodellers.
