i have really bad pmt
before my periods i start to get all depressed and think that nobody likes me and i cry lots
am i to live with this or is there anything i can do to help it

i'm exactly the same. try changing your diet, like more fruit and veg. rather than suggary and fatty foods (i should eat more good stuff). pmt is due to vitamin deficiancy so more fruit and veg will give you what your missing.

I found that B6 was very good for helping premenstrual issues. I get it thru taking a bottle of B Complex. You can also find it in a bottle by itself. The bigger drugstores like Wal-Mart carry it. You can also get it from The Vitamin Shoppe and also order on their site if there is no store in your area.

Also, please get in touch with your dr for additional ideas.
