I reserved a game at gamestop and I was wondering do I need to keep the receipt to prove I reserved it or is it in the computer and the receipt isn't necessary

You don't really need the receipt. Once the game arrives, they print out the list of reserves and attach to each game a name. When you come in, just say you reserved a game, give your name and show your ID.
If not, they will just pull your info from the computer.

Whenever I reserve a game at Gamestop I usually keep the receipt just in case. I have never needed it, I just give them my name and it is in the computer.

u dont have to because they have your information in their records but i suggest u do. like for example, last year i reserved madden 07, and lost the recipt and they still agve me the game. but i dont know about gamecrzy.

no sir you do not have to but it is always safe to in case of a shipment problem. but usually you just give them your phone numbr and you get the game
