The anime series ended in 2004 (in Japan), roughly when it caught up with the manga. There isn't a neat, tidy ending where he chooses one or the other.
The anime is being REPLAYED here in the USA, but there are no NEW episodes being created, and haven't been for almost three years. The final episode has already been shown -- Adult Swim is on their 3rd time around at least -- and you can even buy it on DVD. The final volume, #55 is:

The manga has been produced for quite some time since the anime ceased production, so there is more storyline that the anime could pick back up. But as far as I know there are no plans to revive the anime.... and Inu-Yasha hasn't made his choice in the manga yet, either.

At the end of the anime there's no conclusion on Kagome-Inuyasha-Kikyo relationship. So, Inuyasha didn't end up with any when the anime series ended. The manga is still ongoing and up to chapter 511 right now. SPOILER WARNING! At this point in the manga Kikyo died already so the chances of him ending up with Kikyo is slim. However this is anime so maybe someone would revive Kikyo again? Then again there's Inuyasha's promise to Kikyo to always stay with her even to hell. Huff! I'm definitely rooting for Inuyasha and Kagome though. ^_^

He does not officially end up with either of them. Plus Kikyo is already officially dead now. Inu and Kagome are still not an official couple yet. They still have not had their first kiss (I know they kissed in Movie 2 but that has nothing to do with the manga) yet. They almost did but was interrupted by Sota.

I don't know I haven't been keeping up with the manga or anime ,but I do know that the anime is still going on keep watching Inuyasha and you'll find the answer to you question. I hope he picks kagome!! :)

Neither. The Anime just STOPPED! (ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR) It is still contunuing in the Manga. They better make more episodes...
