the day you learn how to read minds and maybe not even then.each person is different and you may only think you know what that person is talking about , but there may be some slight differences in what they mean and what you understand from what they say and this is from people who want you to understand them, it's worse with people who don't want you to understand what they mean or deliberately want you to understand or assume something else.meaning of words are shaded by people's personal experiences and for this reason may differ from person to person,
so go figure.

Probably never. I'm sorry to say. You can learn to read people's body language, and the way they say things. At that point, you can begin to infer more into what they are saying. But some people are good liars. You will never completely know. Technically, they can go without knowing also. To "know" is to have complete understanding. Some believe that knowledge is always being attained, and that it is never completely reached. In which case, no one ever knows. (sorry, that probably didn't help you much)

Probably not because you can only take their word for it and cannot get into their heads to know what they really mean. I wish I could do that though.

had the same problem for awhile, now i just ask them...."and what is THAT supposed to mean?!" and then i find out what they mean.
