Yes, call the police
You will be a hero to the community
As for his "medical permission" thats bullsh!t. Druggies will lie freely to cover their crimes.

No, not unless he causes trouble. He's probably just a small-time dealer selling to friends and friends of friends to fund his habit and make a little money on the side. I'd be a lot more worried if I were living next door to a binge drinker than a recreational pot smoker.

I think you shouldn't really worry about it. Alot of ppl do have them for medical purposes, and some have others to join who also have medical purposes. Weed can help fight diseases such as cancer, and down the street from my home many ppl stop for a "cure stick" for say. Just don't get involved. I'm sure if he was selling dope he would be a little more discreet than to leave it plain view in his backyard.

Now why would you want to go and do something like that!? You sure do spend alot of time focusing on your neighbor. If you did RAT your neighbor out they would probably (the cops) just be pissed for something so petty. Do you want to be the neighborhood busybody (snitch) and having people egg your house? Or worse?

just mind you own business, life is hard enough to get through, why do you care if he smokes pot? what about all the people driving right now whacked out of their minds on vicodine, or zanex, or what ever, or are you going to stand in front of every liquor store and protest all the people going in to buy liquor, and will be driving around later that night. we are all way to obsessed with what other people do, leave the guy a lone!

why are you so concerned with what he does in his house with his money and his property? while I can see someone wanting to stop a coke dealer or something in their neighborhood, a guy growing pot so he and his friends can get a little fuzzy seems pretty harmless. Marijuana is less harmful than cigarettes, alcohol, and a host of government-sanctioned substances. If he is not interfering in your life, why do you care?

If you're on speaking terms by all means let your neighbor know that YOU know. I wouldn't call make that call. If the new "friends" are causing problems I would definitely talk to the neighbor first.

One plant does not a drug lord make
if that is all he is up to, and he is otherwise a good neighbor, then "I see nothing, I know nothing"

That depends... do you like your neighbor?
Seriously though, if you are concerned about things like his "friends" becoming a nuisance or just want to do the right thing, you should call the cops. If he really does have medical permission, they will verify it and then leave him alone. If he doesn't...
