i havent read hbp in a while (dont worry im going to before the 7th book!) but as a refresher, if we even know this info, who did voldemort kill to make the horcrux in the cave (locket, which wasnt a horcrux) im pretty sure it wasnt one of the kids he took in there(while he was at the orphanage)...do we know who it was, and wat are ur theories on what and where the other horcruxes are, and who did he kill to make them

It never said in the book who he killed to create that Horcrux. I do know that he killed Hepzibah Smith and then stole the locket and the cup from her, so it's possible that he made one of those objects into a Horcrux with her murder, but I doubt that because Dumbledore said that Voldemort reserved the making of his Horcruxes for significant deaths, except for when he killed Frank Bryce and possibly made Nagini into a Horcrux.
I think Dumbledore's assumptions are correct: Nagini, the locket, the cup, something of Ravenclaw or Gryffindor. Obviously the rest of the Horcruxes (the ones that have been destroyed) were Riddle's diary and Marvolo's ring. I think that Ravenclaw's wand is a Horcrux and that it was sitting on the purple pillow in Ollivander's shop. I do not think that Harry is a Horcrux, but I do, however, think that Voldemort was going to make something into a Horcrux when he went to kill the Potters, but never got the chance.

It doesn't specify, but you're right about it not being one of the 2 during the orphanage trip, as at that point he didn't even know he was a wizard yet!
The person you are trying to remember is Hepzibah Smith. Now, he didn't necessarily have to kill inside the cave... he could have just stashed the locket there. Personally, my theory is he did it when he killed Tom Riddle Sr.
He could have made the Horcrux of Ravenclaws cup when he stole it...

Not really known who died for the locket to become a horcrux. Hepzibah Smith was in possession of both Slytherin's locket and Hufflepuff's cup/goblet. A person must commit murder to create a horcrux, and in doing so they tear they soul apart. I'm guessing they can only tear off one piece of their soul at a time when making a horcrux, so the question becomes whether his murder of poor Hepzibah allowed him to turn the locket into a horcrux or whether it allowed him to do so with the cup. We don't even know if he made either into a horcrux at the time he killed her or if he thought of doing so later.

We're not told for sure who Voldemort killed to make what Horcrux. Dumbledore speculates that Voldemort used the murder of his parents to make the ring horcrux, but that's as far as JKR takes it.
The only one I'm inclined to even speculate on is the diary (from Chamber of Secrets). It's the first one that Voldemort made. Also, Dumbledore thinks that Voldemort made **a** Horcrux while he was still a student at Hogwarts. And what student do we know of who is a contemporary of Voldemort AND died at Hogwarts? Moaning Myrtle, that's who.
She told Harry she saw big yellow eyes, and then "just died," and didn't go into further detail. Everyone assumed at the time that the basilisk got her, but what if Tom Riddle just ambushed her with a Killing Curse? I don't think that Myrtle would know the difference, even from her years-later perspective as a ghost.
Therefore, my off-the-wall theory is that Tom Riddle killed Myrtle to make the diary horcrux. Take it for whatever it's worth, which probably isn't much. :-)

I don't know exactly if this is the person he killed for the horcrux but he stole the locket from Hepzibah Smith along with Hufflepuff's cup. He killed Smith and framed it on her house elf... that is all I know

I think it was the lady he stole the locket from (as well as the Hufflepuff Goblet). I can't remember her name, but we see her house elf's account in Dumbledor's pensieve. There has got to be something at Godric's Hallows right?

No, it doesn't mention who he killed. And besides, he probably killed the person and created the horcrux elsewhere, and then took it to the cave (where it was stolen by RAB).
