yes because my daily routine consists of coming on here until i have to go to work and then coming home from work and getting back on here and then going to sleep and then starting all over again

I think some of my neighbors think that I am nuts. I have 62 miles in biking and after my morning walk I should have15 miles in so far this week. Last week was 36 walk and 68 bike, before that I walked 42 miles per week for two months. So far this year excluding skiing [ 600km] I have walked well over 500 miles. I wish I had a female friend to workout with that could keep up or push me. I like the routine.

Not so much now, back when I was driving professionally I had such a routine that even on the weekends I was in bed by 6pm and up at 1 am. I would just sneak off to the casino.

No, I did it!
I had the same routine for 40 years... oops telling my age..
go to the same job, do the same thing, go to bed the same time.
and then I retired..

Now I have no set routine... it's still alittle scary even after 1 year.

it's not because i can't picture myself doing anything else, but i do find myself going around and around and around in a routine, it's seems hard to break it because it is what feel comfortable.

but when i do break it i find myself going through another routine but with the thing i used to break it with lol
