How much woudl it cost per month to hire a grounds crew?

For about 1.5 acres, how much per month do you think it would cost to hire a grounds keeping crew to mow the lawn, plant flowers, and maintain the land? (I live in upstate NY)

after planting flowers it should be around $300.00 a month to cut the grass and some light gardening
