priority is the key put things in number sequence from important to least important. then find the things that can be done together under that number and use a b or c subtitles for those items. a good way to start is to get out pad and pen and time how long it takes you to do each task with out doing any multi taking then by the end of the day itl show you exactly how long the things that you do takes and you can get a good grip on organizing as i said above..

But a planner which includes a weekly and monthly calendars. Write down all your appointments, projects, and etc. in it.

what ever more important priorites u have should come first. what ever is worth time is worth doing. just take everything one day at a time.
