you would have to be exact to answer that. there is generally 12 hour difference between what's happening in nyc & tokyo, bejing, hong kong, etc. so if is it 4p (?) in the pacific rim area, then it would be 4am, east coast, nyc. the constitutional usa has four time zones - east coast, central, rocky mountain & west coast time. if it is 4 am in nyc, then it is 3a in chicago, 2 am phoenix and 1am in los angeles. pacific ocean & beyond the west coast gets tricky 'cause the latitudes & bodies of water/land. there is an island in the pacific where one side is today & the other side is tomorrow. same in greenwich england. time is human-made so go figure. no really! go figure! p.s.: (and for what it's worth ) time begins in greenwich, england & ends in the pacific rim. it then it circles around and.........
