orihime doesn't betray her friends to go to Hueco Mundo, Ulriqorria threatens to destroy the one she loves the most which is Ichigo and so in order to save Ichigo she leaves to Hueco Mundo with Ulriqorria, It hasn't happened in the anime but its close to it.

yeah she does she goes to Hueco Mundo but it hasent happened yet in the anime. it has just happened in the manga
