Has anyone ever seen a concert at The Chance in Poughkeepsie, NY?

I'm going to see a concert there on august 2nd, and I was just wondering how your experience was there. Tell me all about it. As much as you could about The Chance.

It's smallish. And it's NOT safe around there. Be very careful!
