be aware thought that UCLA is VERY hard to get into and if you can't spell the word "apply" you probably won't get in, out of high school you need at least a 4.05 GPA to get in. You might have to go to a community college first then transfer, look into Santa Monica City College. It's near UCLA and where a lot of UCLA transfers went.
