Google search things like "wade boggs rookie cards" or " buy derek jeter baseball cards." It'll probably lead you to websites that are selling those goods and at what prices. Remember, they're only worth what they can be sold for.

Most professionals who determine the value of cards have gone to a lot of work and study. They will not be willing to share their expertise with you without a fee.
For your own research, I would suggest studying the pictures and information you can find online and try to come up with a clue on your own. Use your search box to enter every keyword that you can think of that might contain some information, and also be sure to click on "images" with the same keywords.
You can start by typing "baseball cards" in the "Search for questions: box right in the middle of the Yahoo Answers page. You will find hundreds of similar questions with thousands of good answers.
