any copy of any Harry potter book on the net is a fake one way or another as JK Rowling simply does not allow e-versions of the books. So the best that you can hope for if you try is that somebody has copied or scaned a legitamate book.
Also there is a worm doing the rounds at the moment that claims to be the deathly hallows novel

I once read an 800paged fake Order of the Phoenix (in which the craziest stuff happened). But I usually can tell if it's a fake, since I know Rownling's style. But if you want a summary of the Half-Blood Prince, here's one: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harry_Potter_and_the_Half-Blood_Prince_-_Full_Plot_Summary

I've read the book 5 times now too, and I guarantee you that Nevil is not a death-eater :)

The version out recently with all the jpgs is for sure real. It's clearly the US hardcover version. Plus, according to an article on mugglenet, a book distributor sent out orders of the book early, and people got them on Tuesday, the same day the book leaked. It'd also be hard to copy the font. It's over 700 pages, and if someone actually typed up their own book and used the font, they'd still have to have it made into a book. It's definitely real, but only the ones showing pictures of the book's pages. All the other ones released before are crap.

Don't forget that Neville was also one of the DA members who joined the Order of the Phoenix in defending Hogwarts against the Death Eaters the night Dumbledore died. And while was late in joining the battle, it was the same six DA members that night as it had been at the Ministry of Magic the year before.

Yeah, that's fake. No doubt in my mind. People will put fake versions up. What I would suggest is actually going to your local library and checking out the real, and official, book. No one will have lied in there.
