Nope. Bush already rejected millions of dollars offered in aid relief from other countries. If other countries money couldn't have been used, how could your million make a difference?

Really, I think it would not make a difference if you donated it to an agency run by the government under Bush. You'd have to donate it to a relief fund NOT run by the government with good track record of actually using money collected for things truly needed.

If you want that million dollars to really make a difference find one family that lost everything and give it to them.

Take your money to New Orleans and use it the way you want. Do not give people who will not account for some of the money down its path.
