My wife is organising a play for her school and is looking for some high impact chase music that comes to a crescendo. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

I have no idea of the name of the tune, or composer, but, depending on the "laugh" factor of the chase, I recommend

Vaudeville Chase Music: I wish I could play it, but here goes:

DAH diddleump DAH diddleump DAH diddle/iddle/iddleump.
Transpose up 1 key. Repeat as needed.

It is the classic Chase tune. Think of Villains with Mustachios.

If it is not meant to be funny, any chord progression that gradually keys up after the eight bar. Keep it in a Major key.
